Cometic C5111-036 is a multi-layer steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket for the BMW S65B40 V8, in a 93mm bore with a .036 in compressed thickness. One gasket per cylinder bank.

This is the thinner of the 93mm S65 options, suited to an engine being reassembled after a rod-bearing service that turned into a full refresh, or after a head has been pulled for valve work. The Viton-coated stainless outer layers seal the aluminum head and block without sealant and tolerate the heat cycling of a high-revving V8.

Verified fitment: 2008-2013 BMW M3 (E90, E92, E93 with the S65 V8).
