The BBS RI-A is a fully forged wheel developed out of the BBS motorsport programme, built for owners who want a genuine weight reduction rather than a styling change. Forging produces a denser grain structure than casting, which is what lets BBS run the thin spoke sections you see here without giving up load rating.
Rev Auto Club stocks the RI-A across two families of fitment. BMW owners on 5x120 chassis run the 18x9.5 in ET23 or ET27 — the two offsets that separate a flush E9x setup from an E36/E46 track fitment. Porsche owners run the 5x130 CB71.6 sizes, from 19x10.5 ET43 up to the 19x12 ET61 rear, which is a genuine motorsport-width wheel and needs arch clearance checked before ordering. Finishes are Diamond Silver, Matte Graphite and Gold.
