OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Rev Auto Club. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Rev Auto Club. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and vendors.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach of any Term will result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, FITMENT & ACCURACY

Rev Auto Club specializes in European and exotic vehicle parts, wheels, performance components, and 3D-printed products. We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and vehicle fitment information. However:

  • Fitment responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to verify that a part is compatible with their specific vehicle (year, make, model, trim, and any modifications) before purchasing. Fitment guides and compatibility notes are provided as a general reference only and do not constitute a guarantee of fit.
  • 3D-printed products: Custom and 3D-printed items are made to order. Dimensions and tolerances may vary slightly. These items are non-returnable once production has begun.
  • Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and manufacturing variations.
  • Errors & omissions: We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & MODIFICATIONS

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time. We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on size and weight.
  • Oversized and heavy items (including wheels, large body panels, and other freight-class products) ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight. LTL freight shipping starts at $99 and varies based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Freight shipments require a delivery appointment and a person present to receive the shipment.
  • Freight deliveries are curbside only unless a liftgate or inside delivery upgrade is arranged in advance. Rev Auto Club is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery acceptance.
  • Estimated transit times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for order cancellation or refund of shipping fees.

International Shipping

  • Rev Auto Club ships internationally via DHL Express. International shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
  • The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges assessed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.
  • Rev Auto Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. International orders are not eligible for return shipping reimbursement.
  • Some products (including hazardous materials and certain oversized items) cannot be shipped internationally. If an item in your order cannot be shipped to your destination, we will contact you prior to fulfillment.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

  • 90-day return window: Most unused, uninstalled items in original packaging may be returned within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Non-returnable items: The following are not eligible for return: custom-made or 3D-printed products, electronic components (once installed or powered), hazardous materials, sale/clearance items, and gift cards.
  • Fitment returns: If a part does not fit your vehicle, it may be returned within the 90-day window provided it is unused and in original condition. We strongly encourage customers to verify fitment before installation.
  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). Oversized/freight items returned by the customer will have actual freight costs deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information for all purchases.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools and links as a convenience. We do not monitor or control these tools and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS & SUBMISSIONS

Any feedback, reviews, or submissions you provide may be used by Rev Auto Club for marketing or operational purposes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions.

SECTION 10 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

SECTION 11 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, to harass or discriminate against others, or to interfere with the security of our Service. We reserve the right to terminate access for any violation.

SECTION 12 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Rev Auto Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service or products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or vehicle damage resulting from improper part installation. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 13 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rev Auto Club, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

SECTION 14 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

SECTION 15 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

SECTION 16 – MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Rev Auto Club mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Rev Auto Club ("Rev Auto Club," "we," or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Rev Auto Club's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Rev Auto Club through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Rev Auto Club. Your participation is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

To opt out: Text STOP to +1 (833) 699-6517 at any time, or click the unsubscribe link in any text message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation. No further messages will be sent unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Rev Auto Club mobile message programs, you must opt out of each separately.

We may change any short code or telephone number used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. Messages (including STOP or HELP requests) sent to a changed number may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made to outdated numbers.

Wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number and to update your number if it changes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rev Auto Club will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
