Drivetrain

Drivetrain parts for European performance cars — clutch kits and discs, pressure plates, lightweight flywheels, differentials and diff covers, driveshafts and axles, wheel bearings and hubs, transmission mounts, shifters and shifter bushings.

The clutch is usually the first drivetrain part to need attention, because the factory unit is specified for factory torque. Once a tune or a turbo goes on, slip under load in the higher gears is the symptom. When you replace it, decide deliberately between a single and a multi-disc setup: a single organic or sprung disc keeps the car civil in traffic, while a multi-plate holds far more torque at the cost of pedal feel and noise.

Lightweight flywheels sharpen throttle response and cut rotating mass, with the trade-off of a busier idle and more effort pulling away on a hill. Differentials and bushings are the quieter upgrade — a worn diff bushing or transmission mount shows up as driveline slop long before anything fails.
