The fitment fundamentals
- Bolt pattern: modern 911s are 5x130. Don't assume — verify for your exact car.
- Center bore: Porsche's hub is 71.6mm; wheels should be hub-centric to that (or use proper hub rings) to avoid vibration.
- Offset (ET): the single most important number for stance and clearance. Too aggressive and you get rubbing or poke; too conservative and the wheel tucks. Correct ET differs front-to-rear on staggered 911 setups.
- Staggered widths: 911s run wider rears than fronts. Widths and tire sizes must be matched to the chassis.
- Brake clearance: big-brake and PCCB (ceramic) cars need wheels with the correct barrel/spoke clearance. This trips people up on GTS/Turbo/GT cars.
- TPMS: you'll want the correct sensors so the dash stays happy.
