AST 5300 competition specification for the rear-drive G-chassis BMW: strut-mounted rebound plus separate high-speed and low-speed compression on an external canister, supplied with springs and droplinks. This is the rear-wheel-drive part number, not the xDrive one.

Verified fitment: 2019-2023 BMW 330i, 2021-2023 330e, and 2022-2023 230i.

The step from the 5200 to this kit is worth taking if you run the car at circuits with kerbing you intend to use, because high-speed compression can be softened for the kerb without giving up the low-speed control that holds the platform flat.
